Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a simple returns process if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase. As long as the product is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it without hassle. For defective or incorrect items, we take full responsibility and cover the return costs.
At Alpha Gardens, we believe shopping for your garden should feel just as rewarding as tending to it.
- Return Eligibility Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return courier charges are paid by the customer.
Non-returnable items include:
Used or altered products
Unsealed consumables (fertilizers, pesticides, etc.) - How to Request a Return Contact us with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and the return address.
Pack the item securely, including all parts, manuals, and the invoice. - Refund & Exchange Once we receive and inspect the return (within 3–5 business days), we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
Refunds: Issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped after inspection. - Defective / Wrong Items If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with a parcel opening video for quick resolution.
