- Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
Note: Garden machinery or bulky items may require an additional day for handling. - Shipping Methods & Costs We deliver nationwide through reliable courier partners.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location.
Free shipping may apply during promotions or on orders above a certain cart value. - Estimated Delivery Times Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days.
Delivery times start once the order is shipped, not when it is placed.
Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. - Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can track your order directly on the courier’s website or through your Alpha Gardens account page. - Missing or Damaged Deliveries If your order is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery date.
For damaged items:
Record a parcel opening video as proof.
Share the video within 48 hours of delivery.Our team will assist with replacements or claims promptly.
