Risk of product loss passes to the customer upon delivery by the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and resalable.

Return courier costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Some products (e.g. opened fertilizers, pesticides, clearance items) may be non returnable.
